Refund and Return Policy
AntiRig return and refund policy is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and international e-commerce standards.
1. 14-Day Return Policy (New & Unused Items)
Customers are entitled to return or exchange products of proper quality within 14 calendar days following the purchase date.
- Items must be brand new, unused, and showing no signs of wear, scratches, or dirt.
- Factory packaging, protective plastic films, tags, and seals must be fully intact.
- Complete original set of accessories and purchase receipt must be provided.
2. Defective Items & Warranty Returns
In case of manufacturing defects confirmed during the warranty period, customers are entitled to free repair, product replacement, or full refund.
3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

- Complete the return form with order ID and refund details.
- Ship the item securely via Nova Poshta to Poltava (shipping address provided by support).
- Inspection takes 1 to 3 business days upon receipt.
- Refund is issued within 1 to 7 business days.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Restocking fee: $0 (0 UAH). No restocking or processing charges apply.
- WayForPay payments: automatically refunded to the original payment card.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded to the buyer's designated bank IBAN.
- Return shipping fee is covered by AntiRig for defective items.
