This document is the official public offer of the Seller — Пархоменко Данило Олександрович to conclude a distance sales contract.

1. Subject of Contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of products ordered by the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the products.

2. Payment, Delivery, and Warranty

Prices and payments are processed in UAH. Available payment options are shown during checkout. Shipping is fulfilled by Nova Poshta in Ukraine (estimated 2–7 days in stock; preorder timelines confirmed individually). Warranty terms are stated on individual product pages. Returns and refunds follow Ukrainian consumer protection legislation.
