Warranty Periods
- Gaming Mice & Controllers: 12 to 24 months (stated on product page).
- Mechanical & Magnetic Keyboards: 12 to 24 months.
- Headsets & Audio Gear: 12 months.
- Mousepads & Accessories: guaranteed free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Complete product set with original packaging and accessories.
- Intact factory seals and serial numbers.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover physical drops, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly, unofficial firmware tampering, or natural wear and tear of consumable components (mouse skates, grip tapes).
